My Mission Statement

I write to serve, to unite, to educate. I write to share literature and flesh out ideas that may be of interest to others. I write to document an emotion, experience, or a blip in time. My mission is to write in such a way that the reader is reminded that we can find humor in all situations. It's one of the great blessings of life.

Thankful for YOU!

Dear readers, I am so thankful for you! I'm sorry that I've been in absentia for several days now. I've had some craziness from the Miley Cyrus concert with the kids, a stomach bug (not me, thank goodness, but in the house), houseguests (just following the stomach bug) and Thanksgiving celebrations of all kinds. I promise to be up and running again soon. I hope you are all having a wonderful Thanksgiving. I feel so incredibly blessed with four healthy children and a dear husband, not to mention healthy parents, in-laws, and siblings. I finished Nanowrimo (woo hoo!)with time to spare, and I'm excited about some fun writing that came out of it.
Have a great Thanksgiving, a safe and wise black Friday, and a lovely week-end. xoxox
